This is one of the few Spikes that I have done in all aluminum. It's constructed like the original version with the brass pick, but this one replaces the brass with aluminum and is done in the same no fuss, no muss, FreeFall finish. It features a brass dot logo that is pretty much invisible right now bit will be seen once the brass gets a patina and the 6061 grade aluminum dooesn't. The Spikes (and Krom and Kiss) have been extremely popular since I introduced them some time around 2003, and I'm glad to be able to offer one on this site. Sorry, the photo fails to show the highly polished FreeFall finish adequately.

This tamper can be ordered with or without the Neil Flancbaum/Smokinholsters.com buckskin leather pouch. With this metal and with the finish they really aren't necessary, but I do think that they add greatly to the package.
