Here's another knife that is going to be great for cutting flake. The blade is made from 440C stainless which is a very respectable blade steel. The scales are crafted from Simba. I'm not entirely happy with this effort, but I'm learning. The photograph really can't show this one properly but the blade is a high polish, the bolster I have applied a satin finish, and the Simba is my usual finish. the length of this knife is five inches overall with a blade cutting edge of 1 7/8 inches.
